		<description>Rick,
Very interesting and thought provoking. We often get to the point where we’re in the situation of what we’ve done in the past has been so successful we get so busy that we then stop what we were doing that generated the success. Consequence? Things stop and you fall in to maintenance mode rather than growth focus. I have done this with a number of clients - it’s often the really small things that you stop doing that make the biggest differences (aka Paddy Lund’s Cne’s) - it is essential that you retain your focus on these to ensure future growth and enable your business to have a portfolio full of ideal clients rather than a list full of survival clients.
You’ve encouraged me to go back and look at what we should be doing rather than what we’re actually doing (yep - we fall in to the very same trap).
Cheers,
Matthew</description>
